VITICULTURALIST JOBS
A Viticulturalist helps monitor and manage a vineyard. They work with a wide range of grape varieties and winemakers. Other responsibilities will include helping with winery relations, employee safety programs, pest and disease control programs, irrigation programs, fertilizer programs, sourcing vineyard materials, supervising crews and more.
Requirements:
Degree in Viticulture or related field or substantial previous work experience.
4 years minimum vineyard management experience.
Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel).
Able to work outdoors in varying weather and terrain.
Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.
Able to lift 45 lbs. on occasion.
Language skills a plus.
PCA/PCO license a plus.
