What will I do as Front of House Executive?

As Front of House Executive you will be a brand ambassador, with the passion and desire to deliver an exceptional reception service to all visitors, guests and colleagues arriving and departing the office. You will contribute to help create a great place to work at the new London office through delivering a high class facilities service.

As Front of House Executive you will provide a vital link between site colleagues, visitors and facilities contract partners and manage all onsite meeting resource and event activity ensuring high satisfaction levels are consistently achieved.

As a Front of House Executive, what kind of responsibilities will I have?

- Meet and greet everyone arriving at site giving special attention to both internal and external visitors.
- Act as brand ambassadors for visitors, talking knowledgably and enthusiastically about our brands.
- Provide training and trouble-shooting support on the use of audio visual and video conferencing & meeting room equipment.
- Provide all necessary assistance to people leaving the office.
- Provide the link between visitors and their hosts.
- Proactively manage the quality of the working environment, to ensure damage and hazards are reported and resolved.
- Look after the reception area and other shared areas to ensure they remain fit for purpose throughout the day.
- Manage meeting room arrangements, ensuring the meeting room database is constantly monitored and the rooms are kept fit for occupancy at all times.
- Answer calls to the Facilities help line and action appropriately.
- Provide cover for the Front of House Manager in their absence when required.
- Provide support for invoicing / SAP as required.
- Update plasma screens using TV distribution packages.

As Front of House Executive, what skills and qualifications will I need?

- Educated to Standard Grade level including English and Maths or equivalent.
- Previous experience of working within a Facilities Management environment.
- Experience of budget preparation and monitoring.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- Proven administration skills ideally within a reception/front of house environment.
- Experience of operating in a customer/consumer focussed environment with a large blue chip company.
- First class communication and interpersonal skills are a pre-requisite.

You will be extremely articulate, very well presented, highly motivated and an effective communicator at all levels. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in maintaining the highest levels of service in a very busy environment.

Advanced PC Skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to use or learn new systems is essential as is the ability to work to deadlines.

This role is offered on a full time basis working 35 hours per week covering the hours 0800-1800 Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be required which may include some after hours work during events as well as the ability to cover colleague holidays as appropriate.
