Head of Payroll
One of the largest FMCG groups in the GCC region requires an experienced Group Payroll Manger to work from its Saudi based head offices to manage their payroll service for over 20,000 employees.
Currently holding the post of Group Payroll Manger or an experienced Payroll manger within a large blue-chip operation, you will have extensive experience of managing payroll operation of similar size and complexity .You will support the organisational business plan and objectives by managing and coordinate all aspects of the companys payroll function. You will ensure the accurate and timely preparation and distribution of wages to all employees for work performed, in compliance with relevant HR policies, procedures and internal controls related to Payroll Administration.
Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all employees across the group are paid accurately and on time
Ensure statutory payroll legislation is met
Monitoring and improvement of payroll processes
Identify payroll related training needs across the business.
Ensuring systems are updated
Overseeing group expenses procedure
Financial reporting
Updating the business on key payroll changes
A graduate with a relevant accounting qualification, you will ideally be an experienced man-manager with extensive Payroll experience, ideally in a multi-site environment. Excellent communications skills and the ability to prioritise and effectively manage your workload are essential.
