Manager,Implementation Cooler Services
Do you have the depth of experience, passion and drive to take responsibility for new and existing customers across our GB Equipment Services business? Reporting to the Senior Manager Equipment Services GB as part of European Supply Chain Operations this role requires innovative thinking, excellent problem solving and relationship management skills.
This role will be home-based with regular travel (above 70%), Milton Keynes will be a frequent destination.
Job Purpose:
In charge of working with new and existing service customers, developing new and incremental Equipment Services accounts and opportunities. Working collaboratively with internal and external customers and suppliers to deliver service plans and commitments in an efficient, timely and profitable manner
Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain appropriate internal and external contact strategy, helping support and build a new prospect database to deliver incremental profitable new Equipment service revenue.
Identify and deliver opportunities for extension of service within existing customers.
Accountable for the development, provision and review of regular key customer reports measuring and monitoring SLA's, and customer satisfaction to help improve customer service and continuous improvement initiatives.
Design and develop project plans for new and existing business opportunities, engaging with all relevant stakeholders, working very closely with Senior Manager Equipment Services and Manager Equipment Services Development
Design and development of new business process and communication models for new account wins, working with internal and external contacts to ensure each new business win is implemented to time and standard e.g. field service, training, production and ES supply chain.
Accountable for the on-going provision of appropriate information and detail to the relevant personnel in a timely fashion to ensure successful management of new business wins.
Complete regular customer reviews to review service performance
Help build a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape monitoring when key contracts are ready for renewal.
Qualifications:
Graduate or graduate calibre - ideally with operational or technical experience
Skills and experience
Proven history of customer relationship management and development
Excellent problem solving skills and evidence of delivering new initiatives.
Food service experience preferable
Experience in investigating and delivering solutions to customer/supplier complaints
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Good negotiation and selling skills
The ability and appetite to grow and develop into other roles within Equipment Services as the business develops and evolves.
Travel: Circa 70% predominantly GB, possibly Europe
