What will I do as a National Account Manager?
Youll manage all elements of the commercial relationship with one of HEINEKENs customers and have full responsibility for the creation and delivery of joint business plans.
This high profile role provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to work autonomously, gaining greater responsibility and commercial awareness with the ability to directly impact and drive HEINEKENs performance within a specific customer as well as wider HEINEKEN business.
It is an amazing opportunity for someone with solid and successful FMCG sales experience to join a fast paced, dynamic and results orientated team, to make an instant impact with a view and opportunity to further progress within HEINEKEN business.

As a National Account Manager, what kind of responsibilities will I have?
You will
- Carry out regular trading contact with the account at buying level to influence achievement of budgeted sales, profit, net sales value and market share objectives at the same time as delivering corporate brand strategy
- Work closely with customers on category partnership initiatives
- Understand and influence the mix of all commercial variables
- Contribute to the cross functional grocery team to deliver account strategy and objectives
- Ensure all process tools are used and developed to facilitate better sales execution and in store activation
As a National Account Manager, what skills and qualifications will I need?
- Outstanding data interpretation skills from full analysis through to excellence in customer facing presentation.
- Ability to engage, communicate and challenge where necessary at all levels.
- You will be category focused, with proven track record working in a category driven environment.
- You will be commercially focused and flexible in style, with an ability to make decisions and deliver desired results in a fast paced and challenging environment.
