The purpose of the role will be to have responsibility for providing administrative assistance to the Site Operations Director and Leadership Team, and to ensure administrative activity is completed efficiently and effectively. This is a pivotal role for the site and is more than a traditional PA role. As well as the usual PA duties, travel/meeting/diary arrangements and secretarial support to the Site Director, there is also responsibility for arranging all aspects of visits with local VIPs and the associated organisation that goes with hosting visits (including liaising with our education centre); composing site communications, and supporting the senior leadership team on a day to day basis. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your fantastic organisational ability, your well developed communication skills, and your MS Office skills.
