The production team leader will safely lead the manufacturing team within work area/production line to ensure the line achieves output required within production performance, people, quality, yield and CRS targets The role will be responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness, input into continuous improvement, sharing best practices, team management through employee engagement, driving company CRS targets and compliance with QESH standards. You should be able to demonstrate our core competencies at the right level and role model our core behaviours. These are

You should also be able to demonstrate some technical competencies including:

* Line utilisation

* Labour and produciton planning

* Advanced computer literacy to be able to utilise on-line manufacturing and reporting systems

* Aseptic packaging experience would be desirable
