We are searching for at Quality Manager who has experience from FMCG, preferably in the drinks industry. As a Quality Manager you will have an interesting role where one of the key objectives to succeed is to interact with the business. You will travel to our subsidiaries within the group but also have contact to external stakeholders e.g. our suppliers.
Group Quality is a part of Group Research and Development and in the position you will report to Group Quality Director.
The strategic purpose as Quality Manager is to ensure a consistent approach to the application of quality standards throughout the supply chain and in other parts of the business through strong technical and quality systems experience.
Responsibilities
Acting as coordinator for all contacts between Group Quality, production sites and suppliers for tracking Quality metrics (On-shelf Quality); both off-trade and on-trade
Collecting and publishing Quality KPI results, coordination and follow up of Quality improvement plans with Manufacturing
Auditing production sites against Quality standards
Assist creation and drive implementation of a documented Quality or Process Management System for Central Manufacturing
Personal qualifications
To succeed in the position you will have to
Have a degree in e.g. FoodScience, Microbiology, Biochemistry or the like
Have minimum 5 years of Operational experience in an FMCG Quality environment
Be fluent in English speaking, reading and writing.
Have a good track record in problem solving and implementation
Be able to work with a matrix organisation understanding the complexity and how to act when not using the hierarchy
You are comfortable working in an environment where results and goal reaching in cross functional cooperation are what count.
Location/place of work will be in Copenhagen and some travel activity must be expected within the WE and NE regions for up to 40 days/year.
