MANAGER, FIELD SALES (REGIONAL ACCOUNTS CONTROLLER) SOUTH EAST REGION PERMANENT CCE is currently looking for a new Manager, Field Sales (Controller) to head up its high performing On-Premise/Out-of-Home team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the regional portfolio of high profile On Premise accounts as well as being accountable for the full P&L of those accounts and the effective management of the team that manage them. This role will ensure an effective and ongoing contact strategy is implemented for each individual account and that effective account plans are set & delivered against. The team that reports into this position currently consists of a number of Account Managers as well as a team of Account Executive for which you would have second tier responsibility. To be successful in this role you should have considerable experience of coaching, mentoring and leading a team of individuals to maximize their success and efficiency
as well as possessing significant vision to successfully lead the On Premise Accounts Olympic ambition. * PC literacy (intermediate at least)

Experience

* Relevant P&L & people management experience - the priority is to be able to demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen.

Technical Skills

* Previous experience in systems such as Margin Minder, Basis and AIM would be a benefit but not essential
